Hannah Berner has broken her silence on her interview with Megan Thee Stallion at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
The Giggly Squad host is facing backlash for her "disgusting" interview with the WAP rapper.
Along with her co-host Paige DeSorbo, Hannah grabbed Megan for an interview on the red carpet at the after-party.

She started off the chat by asking the artist what she does when she’s not feeling confident. Before Megan could answer, Hannah eagerly interjected with a controversial comment.
“When I want to fight someone, I listen to your music,” she admitted.
“You wanna throw that fighting s*** out the window or you wanna get cute and be a bad b****,” the rapper responded.
Hannah continued to get riled up and went on: “When people are talking s***, I go turn on Megan Thee Stallion.”
Paige had to intervene at one point and acknowledge she’d never seen her co-host so passionate.
The interaction quickly spiraled through social media and fans had a lot to say on Reddit.
One wrote: "Yikes not the microaggression."
Another said: "Right? And meanwhile Meg handled her with ease. An unbothered, t**** out to the world, Queen."
While a third responded: “"Omg let her speak, this interview is so stressful to listen to," a fourth wrote: “Hannah Berner needs to be stopped. She's an idiot she's not funny and the microaggressions are disgusting."
Many thought it was “weird” of Vanity Fair to not choose someone who was “media trained” and “could’ve properly hosted this carpet.”

Neither of the interviewers have commented on the “really obnoxious” interview until now.
On Instagram, she wrote: "Interviewing Megan Thee Stallion was a dream of mine. I love her music and it's my go to whenever I need to boost my confidence before a show. Looking back at the interview, I wish I used any other word except 'fight' to describe how her songs impacted me."
"It was a careless choice of words and though there was no ill intent, I recognize and acknowledge that what I said has a deeper meaning and I am so sorry to Megan. I appreciate everyone who brought this to my attention. -Hannah."
