Man crashes through Jennifer Aniston's $21 million Bel Air mansion
An unidentified man in his 70s crashed his vehicle through the front gate of Jennifer Aniston's Bel Air home on Monday afternoon, according to the LAPD.
An unidentified man crashed his vehicle into the front gate of Jennifer Aniston's Bel Air residence on Monday afternoon while the actress was at home, as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The LAPD dispatched officers to the 900 block of Airole Way in response to a burglary call. Upon arrival, they found the man's vehicle had crashed through the property's front gate.
The man, reportedly in his 70s, hit the front gate of the home just after 12 p.m. PDT on Monday. A private security guard allegedly removed the man from his vehicle and detained him until police arrived.
Upon their arrival, officers found the security guard holding the man at gunpoint.
The man was taken into custody shortly afterwards. However, the LAPD suggested that the incident might have been accidental and did not imply any targeted attack on Aniston.
The investigation is still ongoing, and any potential motives for the incident are unknown at this time.

The LAPD has not released the identity of the man involved but stated he was transported to the hospital following his arrest due to back injuries sustained during the crash.
Aniston has yet to publicly comment on the incident.
Aniston's Bel Air residence is a prestigious estate, built in 1968 and designed by renowned architect A. Quincy Jones.
The property, ensconced behind towering walls and lush hedges, offers the utmost privacy for its residents. It was the chosen venue for Aniston's 2015 wedding with Justin Theroux.
The estate reportedly carries a jaw-dropping price tag of $21 million.
