Meghan Markle makes dig at late Queen as she warns 'don't ask anyone's opinion'
Meghan Markle has made a thinly-veiled dig at the late Queen Elizabeth on the latest episode of her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder.
Meghan Markle ended her Confessions of a Female Founder podcast series with the release of its final episode on Tuesday, featuring shapewear founder Sara Blakely as her guest.
The Duchess of Sussex discussed themes such as "betting on yourself and building bold business strategies," but it was her subtle royal jab that caught attention.
While talking about the intricacies of naming a business, Meghan advised, "If you have an idea about what you are going to name that baby, you keep it so close to your heart, until that baby is born and it's named. Don't ask anyone's opinion."

This remark gained the attention of fans given the controversy surrounding her own daughter's name, Princess Lilibet. Reports have swirled with varying accounts regarding Harry and Meghan's use of Queen Elizabeth II's affectionate nickname for their daughter.
The couple had stated that they received the late monarch's consent to use the familial moniker, however, this claim was soon met with conflicting narratives.
Robert Hardman's book Charles III: New King, New Court. The Inside Story included a source who recalled the Queen being extremely upset over Meghan and Harry's assertion that they were granted permission to use the name Lilibet.
At the time of Princess Lilibet's birth, the BBC contradicted Harry and Meghan’s statement by claiming that the Queen was never actually consulted about the name.
Other narratives suggested that although the Queen was approached regarding the name by Prince Harry, she was not really in a position to decline.

A spokesperson for Meghan and Harry refuted these allegations, insisting that the couple would never have chosen their daughter's name without the late Queen's endorsement.
The spokesperson clarified, "The Duke spoke with his family in advance of the announcement - in fact his grandmother was the first family member he called."
They added, "During that conversation, he shared their hope of naming their daughter Lilibet in her honour. Had she not been supportive, they would not have used the name."
