Social media sensation Julia Filippo, despite raking in $600,000 a month from her online endeavors, insists that her greatest achievement isn't financial—it's mastering the art of maintaining her serenity.

In a candid conversation with The Daily Mirror US, Filippo delved into the emotional burdens that come with internet stardom and her approach to safeguarding her mental well-being in a field that "rewards burnout and perfectionism.

"You can have all the followers and brand deals in the world, but if you don't have your mental health, none of it matters," Filippo confided to Mirror US. "I had to learn that the hard way."

At 23, she has developed a regimen for mental wellness that includes taking screen-free Sundays, indulging in vacations, and keeping close ties with individuals who help her stay humble, including her long-term celebrity bestie Camilla Araujo.

"When things get overwhelming, we remind each other who we were before any of the fame. That's priceless."

"The spotlight can make you forget who you are when millions are watching," she remarked. "But Camilla doesn't care about the views - she cares about me. That's what keeps us both grounded."

"There was a point where I felt like I was living for the algorithm, and it broke me," Filippo admitted. "Now I'm intentional about unplugging. Sundays are offline. I don't negotiate that."

Filippo also highlighted the necessity of professional support, particularly for content creators facing online abuse or intense pressure to perform.

"We're human beings, not brands. And being vulnerable has actually made me stronger, and more relatable."

Influencer Filippo's candid discussion about the pressures of maintaining an online presence has garnered applause from fans and peers alike.

Mental health advocates are commending her for her openness, which they believe is instrumental in breaking down the stigma associated with therapy and burnout.

Despite raking in an impressive $7 million a year, Filippo emphasizes that her focus has shifted from financial gain to finding fulfillment.

"I used to measure success by my income. Now I measure it by how at peace I feel when I wake up," she reflects. "If I can inspire even one person to prioritize their mental health, then I'm doing something right."
