NATO admiral's 2-word verdict after Trump lashes out at 'crazy' Putin
The former US official advised the White House to capitalize on three advantages to end the Ukraine-Russia war
A NATO leader has issued a two-word response to Donald Trump calling out Vladimir Putin after more devastating attacks on Ukraine.
US Admiral James Stavridis, NATO Supreme Allied Commander from 2009 to 2013, spoke as tensions exploded between Trump and Russian President Putin.
"Hallelujah, Amen," he told CNN. The former US official continued to commend President Trump for finally seeing the Russian oligarch for what he truly is. "Welcome to team West, welcome to team democracy."

The White House for months has tried fruitlessly to end the Russian-Ukraine war that reached its three-year mark in February.
Trump, despite vowing on the campaign trail to end the conflict within 24 hours, has repeatedly fail to broker a deal between Russia and Ukraine.
Stavridis suggested the Trump administration utilize one of three "levers" to force the Russian leader to be more open to peace talks. Washington could dig up the $300 billion in frozen Russian assets that were seized by the west in 2022, it could supply Kyiv with effective long-range missiles or threaten the Kremlin with more sanctions and establish that "anyone who does business with Russia cannot do business with the US."
