The NASCAR All-Star Race is now over in what had been an action-packed weekend, with Christopher Bell leaving victorious after holding off Joey Logano at North Wilkesboro Speedway.

Logano had established an early lead after Brad Keselowski's error following his start from pole, with the Ford teammates battling for the lead through the first few laps.

William Byron and Chase Elliott quickly moved through the pack to position themselves as early threats, adding to the intense battle at the front, but Bell was then able to take over and win out in impressive fashion.

It was the first time that the All-Star race had been held over 250 laps, after a 50 laps extension than in previous years, as they all counted before a competition break at the 100 mark.

Below, Express Sports US has listed winners and losers from the weekend.

WINNERS

1) Christopher Bell

Of course, the All-Star race would come down to Bell vs Logano, as the former came out as the winner this time around. Bell was able to hold Logano off after a caution on lap 213, restarting in the third row before being able to make a pass.

2) All-Star Weekend

The All-Star race does not give drivers any points in the Cup Series and their playoffs hopes, but that doesn't mean that it's not a weekend that the drivers are not desperate to win. The weekend had proven to be one that teams love to compete in, filled with emotion and drama whilst also seeing more friendly competition. It also provides a break from the busy Cup Series schedule, a week before the Memorial Day Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte.

LOSERS

1) Brad Keselowski

Keselowski had been in a great spot to finish in first after winning the heat race, establishing himself as the frontrunner but did not finish after he was cautioned while hitting the wall before his vechicle had given him trouble. It is the fourth consecutive DNF for Keselowski who continues his nightmare season season so far - having yet to finish inside the top-10.

2) Ryan Preece

In the All-Star Open, Preece cost himself hugely after a choose cone penalty, stating that he could not seen the marking before driving through it - seeing him drop from second place all the way to the back on the final restart. Preece had driven well in the Open race, looking poised to win through the first 65 laps and pushing Carson Hocevar - the eventual winner. But Preece's mistake cost him, and a place in the All-Star race. He was seen leaving the track looking furious.
