Billy Ray Cyrus’ fans are all saying the same thing about his latest Instagram video.

After a rough period of “disturbing” behavior and family fallouts, the Achy Breaky Heart singer has turned over a new leaf. He is rebuilding old relationships, specifically with his daughter Miley Cyrus, while also “growing deeper” with new ones.

Billy Ray Cyrus recently went public with his relationship to Bedazzled actress Elizabeth Hurley, who he is reportedly “set to tie the knot” with.

Since the two became Instagram official on Easter, they have been pictured together frequently and already made their red carpet debut together at a lavish event hosted by Valentino in Rome, Italy.

The singer took to social media to share a montage from the outing. During the clips, he was seen wearing an all-black southern get up that featured a denim blazer and an embellished cowboy hat.

Completely contrary to his look, Elizabeth was looking pretty in pink as she donned a fitted fluorescent gown that featured a plunging neckline and cape sleeves. She completed the look with a metallic clutch and a matching pair of platform sandals.

He captioned the video: “With my beautiful girlfriend in Rome.”

Fans raved about the couple in the comment section, with one saying: “They seem like a very nice couple and I think she is good for him.”

“He actually looks kinda happy with her. He never looked happy with the other one,” another added, referencing his previous relationship with Australian singer Firerose.

A third mentioned: “Elizabeth Hurley is the right kind of lady for Billy.”

While many admired the “good looking couple,” some fans noticed one particular detail in the video — it’s the first time they’ve seen Billy Ray smile in quite a while.

A fan noted: “They are both glowing! Billy Ray’s smile is nice to see.”

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen Billy Ray smile,” someone else admitted. “It definitely looks good on him !”

Billy Ray and Elizabeth first met in 2022 while filming the holiday film Christmas in Paradise. According to the country singer, the connection was apparent from the start.

While on The Ty Bentil Show, he recalled: “We did very few scenes together, but the couple times we were in the same scene, there was a chemistry there that [I] felt.”

“We just laughed, and it was at a time [when] I wasn’t laughing a lot.”
