Elon Musk's estranged daughter Vivian Wilson shades him during feud with Donald Trump

Vivian Wilson, who is estranged from her father Elon Musk, has reacted to the ongoing feud between the Tesla CEO and U.S. President Donald Trump on Instagram

Vivian Wilson, the estranged daughter of Elon Musk, has thrown shade at her father amidst his ongoing feud with U.S President Donald Trump.

The 21-year-old took to Instagram Stories on Thursday, June 5, to share her reaction to the public spat between the Tesla CEO and the Republican president. As reported by Page Six, Vivian posted a video of herself laughing, stating "I do not want to comment" while the words "I love being proven right" appeared above her head.

She also re-posted the story on her Threads account, captioning it "Such beauty in life," and used Chase Icon's "Job Application" as background music. Vivian is known for her public criticisms of Elon and his actions, which she has done previously.

Ashley St. Clair, Elon's ex and mother to their son Romulus, also joined in on the mockery of the situation on X, formerly known as Twitter, on June 5. Ashley offered to give Trump "any breakup advice."

The public disagreement between Elon and Trump started when Elon criticized Trump's proposed "big, beautiful" budget bill. This came just days after Elon resigned as head of DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency), reports the Irish Star.

Trump's "big, beautiful bill," which was passed by the House of Representatives last month and is now under review by senators, proposes significant tax cuts and an increase in the national debt ceiling. Elon took to X on Tuesday, June 3, to label the bill a "disgusting abomination" and laid "shame" on any politician who voted for it.

Elon Musk took a jab at Trump's policy on Twitter on June 5, agreeing with one of Trump's old social media posts that stated: "no member of Congress should be eligible for reelection" unless America's budget was balanced. During German Chancellor Friedrich Merz's visit to the Oval Office, Trump responded to Musk's criticisms.

"Elon and I had a great relationship. I don't know if we will have any more; I was surprised," Trump told reporters.

"And you know, Elon's upset because we took the EV mandate, which was a lot of money for electric vehicles, and they're having a hard time with the electric vehicles, and they want us to pay billions of dollars in subsidies. I know that disturbed him," Trump added, referencing the rollback of electric vehicle mandates that impacted Tesla.

On X, Elon claimed that Trump "would have lost the election" without his support and concluded his message with "such ingratitude."

Trump continued the exchange by posting on his Truth Social platform.

"The easiest way to save money in our budget, billions and billions of dollars, is to terminate Elon’s governmental subsidies and contracts. I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do it!" he said.

Musk escalated the feud by alleging that Trump was named in convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's files and insinuated that this was the "real reason they have not been made public."

The White House dismissed Elon's allegations as an "unfortunate episode."

In a recent article published by NBC News on Saturday, June 7, Trump expressed no desire to repair his relationship with Elon, essentially declaring it over when asked if the friendship was over, stating: "I would assume so, yeah."

Additionally, Trump warned of "serious consequences" if Elon were to fund Democratic candidates running against Republicans who support the GOP's sweeping budget bill.
