Tom Cruise has reportedly turned down an invitation to appear on Meghan Markle’s podcast.
The reports come after it has recently been alleged that the Top Gun Maverick star, 62, is "keeping his distance from the Sussexes" amid ongoing royal tensions.
The Hollywood star, known for his longstanding friendship with Prince William and Kate Middleton, is said to have made it clear where his loyalties lie.

According to RadarOnline, Meghan, 43, and Prince Harry, 40, both reached out to Cruise in an effort to secure him as a guest for the Duchess’s podcast. But the actor wasn’t interested.
“There is no chance Tom would even consider doing her pod,” a source told the outlet.
“They are way down the list of people he wants to connect with.”
The decision comes at a time when Prince William is reportedly distancing the monarchy from Harry and Meghan entirely—including excluding their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, from royal titles or future duties.
“Tom has clearly picked sides in the Harry and Meghan versus the Royal Family feud – and he's picked right,” the insider claimed.

“He is well in with the royals and has become an honorary Brit in the process as he spends so much time there making his movies.
"There is no way he would want to jeopardise those kind of connections by pal'ing up with no-marks like Meghan and Harry – who the royals hate anyway.”
The Express US has reached out to Tom Cruise’s representatives for comment.
Back in 2021, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seemed to lose their support following their explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
According to OK! Magazine, the actor was reportedly taken aback by the couple’s actions following their departure from royal duties.
“Tom has followed Harry and Meghan’s saga very closely and is shocked by it all.
“He used to be a big fan of theirs—Meghan’s in particular—and even considered getting her involved in one of his movies,” a source revealed.
