Girl, 17, dies after eating cake delivered to her home with chilling love note
Ana Luiza de Oliveira Neves, 17, was sent a cake-in-a-jar that came with a love note from the sender, who has since been arrested.
A teen girl has tragically died after consuming a cake that arrived at her doorstep with a flattering, yet cryptic note attached.
Ana Luiza de Oliveira Neves, 17, received a mysterious delivery by motorbike courier of a jarred cake along with her sister. The teenager returned home around 6pm on Friday, May 30, tasted the unanticipated dessert, and began suffering from violent sickness less than one hour afterwards, similiar to when these three women ate a Christmas cake, which turned fatal.
Ana Luiza experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea at her residence near Sao Paulo, Brazil, where the nightmare escalated into a fatal ordeal. Authorities have disclosed the chilling contents of the love note accompanying the cake, reports the Mirror UK.

The message was brief, which read: "A treat for the most beautiful girl I've ever seen."
Upon arriving home close to 1:30am on Sunday, June 1, Ana Luiza's father, Silvio Ferreira das Neves, rushed to get his daughter medical attention and that's when she was diagnosed with severe food poisoning.
After receiving initial treatment with medicines and IV hydration, she seemed to improve and was sent home. However, the situation deteriorated rapidly as Ana Luiza collapsed in her home's bathroom around 4pm that day.
Emergency services were called, but the teenager went into cardiorespiratory arrest on the way to the hospital. Ana Luiza was brought into the ER showing signs of cyanosis and without any vital signs.
Despite attempts to save her life, the young girl could not be revived and was ultimately declared dead. Following revelations about the strange package from Ana Luiza's sister, the unsettling incident has been brought to police attention.

Authorities disclosed that a 17-year-old girl has been pegged as the alleged culprit behind the arsenic-laced cake.
Initially, she refuted any involvement but ultimately cracked under lengthy interrogation, admitting to purchasing arsenic trioxide online and poisoning the cake.
The accused was friends with the victim, Ana Luiza, having even spent Saturday night at her place.
According to Chief Inspector Vitor Santos de Jesus: "That girl stayed over at our house. She saw the whole thing unfold. She saw Ana Luiza getting sick, saw me taking her to the hospital, and the next day, she watched my daughter collapse in the bathroom, and didn't show any reaction at all."
The young suspect also confessed to targeting another teen on May 15 with a similarly toxic confection, claiming retaliation after the second victim allegedly drove a wedge between her and two past boyfriends.
The first girl who received a poisonous pastry, along with a note akin to the one found by Ana Luiza, became unwell and required hospitalization but made it through. The detained teenager purportedly stated that her goal was solely to instill fear, not to cause Ana Luiza's death.
Chief Inspector Jesus remarked that the suspect exhibited low self-esteem and manifested deep-seated "anger" and "jealousy" towards Ana Luiza. Investigators zeroed in on the suspect after they traced the delivery motorcycle rider, which led them to the address.
The detained teen now resides in a juvenile detention center. Meanwhile, Ana Luiza was mourned and buried in Itapecerica da Serra, southwest of Sao Paulo, on Tuesday, June 3.
Silvio remarked: "She was a quiet girl with just a few friends. An innocent girl. Maybe that's why she ate that cake, without seeing any danger or cruelty in people."
