Barstool founder Dave Portnoy has wagered another $50,000 on Caitlin Clark after landing a huge $350,000 win following her performance against the Chicago Sky on Saturday.

Portnoy has gained a reputation for his sizable bets in the past, and won $3.5 million in the space of a week after Scottie Scheffler won the Masters last year. Portnoy also celebrated $8.6 million in sports betting earnings following a profitable hot streak, and he's also found success at the start of the 2025 WNBA season.

The Barstool founder placed an elaborate bet on Clark to record a triple-double in the Indiana Fever's home opener, and the +1300 wager returned $350,000. Portnoy has now placed just over 14 percent of his winnings on Clark to record 13+ assists against the Atlanta Dream on Tuesday, Indiana's second game of the season.

"Caitlin Clark and the Fever play tonight!!!" Portnoy wrote on X, along with a video of him previewing the game. Portnoy also shared a +750 parlay ahead of the game, as he continues his association with DraftKings Sportsbook.

Should Clark record 13 or more assists against the Dream, Portnoy will quadruple his investment and win $200,000. Clark's current over/under line for assists against Atlanta is 10.5, meaning that Portnoy will need a big game from the reigning Rookie of the Year.

The Fever met the Dream as recently as May 10, and secured a narrow 81-76 preseason win over their WNBA rivals. Indiana steamrolled their way to victory in the season opener, beating Chicago 93-58, and made history in the process.

It was the most-watched WNBA game ever on ESPN, drawing in an average of 2.7 million viewers. Clark scored 20 points in that game, adding 10 rebounds and 10 assists to complete the triple-double and earn Portnoy a major win.

The WNBA continues to enjoy exponential growth, with Clark very much a driving force for exposure and wider interest. Saturday's opener also saw her face off against collegiate rival Angel Reese, as their battles at LSU and Iowa have continued in the WNBA.

During the third quarter, Clark fouled Reese, who fell to the court, and the Fever's Aliyah Boston was forced to intervene. Both players dismissed the incident after the game, but the WNBA has opened an investigation following allegations that Reese was subject to hateful comments from fans.

DON'T MISS:

"The WNBA strongly condemns racism, hate, and discrimination in all forms – they have no place in our league or in society," the league said in a statement. "We are aware of the allegations and are looking into the matter."

Clark admitted that she didn't hear anything directed at Reese from the crowd during the game, but is grateful that the WNBA has responded. "There's no place for that in our game, there's no place for that in society," Clark said ahead of Tuesday's game against Atlanta.

"Certainly, we want every person who comes into our arena -- whether player or fan -- to have a great experience. I appreciate the league doing that [investigation]. I appreciate that the Fever organization has been at the forefront of that."
