NASCAR icon Kyle Busch selling racecar for surprisingly affordable price
Two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, who agreed a recent deal with Richard Childress Racing, has put a race car of his up for sale
Kyle Busch has sensationally offered his followers the chance to purchase one of the racecars on his roster.
Ahead of the Coca-Cola 600, which was won by Ross Chastain, Busch finalized a contract extension with Richard Childress Racing. The No. 8 driver is set to stay with the team through the end of the 2026 Cup Series season.
Busch has piloted the No. 8 car since 2023 alongside Austin Dillon, collecting three wins, 16 top fives, and 31 top 10s in 84 starts since departing Joe Gibbs Racing after a 15-year stint. The two-time Cup Series champion brought a wealth of experience to Richard Childress Racing, and he’s set to stay for the foreseeable future.

Without a win since June 2023, Busch has five top-10 finishes this season. He was unable to deliver another statement performance at the Cracker Barrel 400, finishing 12th despite starting 24th.
Amusingly, Busch’s mind was seemingly elsewhere ahead of the race at Nashville Superspeedway. Busch remarkably appeared to put up an old racecar of his for sale for his X followers to purchase.

The 40-year-old posted an advert on social media to his 990,000 followers to find potential buyers. The vehicle is available for just $12,000.

“Price: $12,000. DM for serious inquiries only pls.”
It’s unclear where the car has come from. However, it's been suggested that it belongs to Busch's son Brexton, who races miniature sprint cars himself.
