Emma Stone is officially selling the Texas mansion she has been renovating - for a cool $26.5 million.
Celebrities are known for their lavish homes, both that they live in and ones they rent for luxury vacations.
This includes Stone, who purchased the property in the Tarrytown neighborhood of Austin with her husband, Dave McCary, in 2021.

The actress has been renovating the property for three years, and is now ready to try selling it off.
The property features four bedrooms and nine bathrooms in the main house, as well as an additional two-bedroom guesthouse. The home has over 10,000 square feet of living space and sits on 1.24 acres of property.
The home features a tan brick exterior, black shutters on the windows and a stone staircase leading to a two-level porch with white pillars.
The inside living area featured oak hardwood floors, wood walls with built-in shelves and cabinets, white wood-paneled ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. It also features multiple windows.
The renovated kitchen features a large center island, a brown-tiled backsplash and windows that look out into the backyard. There is also a blue woof-paneled library and playroom.
There are also two different staircases to the second floor. One is built alongside a wood-paneled wall, while the other is a white spiral staircase.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a walk-in closet with a carved-out ceiling and multiple shelves, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, a standing shower, and brown tiled floors and walls.
The screened-in window-lined sunroom and a screened-in breezeway are also featured. The breezeway connects the main house and garage and has the potential to have a second dining area, a semi-outdoor kitchen, and views of the pool.
The outside features multiple gardens and impressive lawn space, as well as a pool and a jacuzzi.
The guesthouse features a renovated living room and kitchen. Finally, a bar area is above the two-car garage.
