Trump's border czar Tom Homan accused of being 'drunk' during Fox News interview
Border czar Tom Homan joined Will Cain on Fox News' The Will Cain Show to deliver a blunt message to undocumented migrants
In a no-holds-barred appearance on Fox's The Will Cain Show, Tom Homan, former "border czar" appointed by Donald Trump, laid down the law to undocumented migrants.
"If you come to the borders illegally, you don't have proper documentation to enter legally, you shall be detained," Homan declared emphatically. "Not maybe, not thinking about it, not released to an NGO and put 'em in a hotel room for 500 bucks a night."
He underscored the administration's iron-fisted stance, stating, "We stopped catch-and-release. We are detaining and removing. That's exactly what we're doing. We're detaining and removing. We're not releasing people. And we're not going to apologize for doing it." It came as Trump allegedly threatened to bomb a major world city.

Doubling down on their tough border policy, Homan boasted, "Matter of fact, last month we had zero releases and the same month last year they released 64,000 into the country. We released zero. The bottom line is we got the most secure border in the history of this nation right now because of Donald Trump, and I'm proud to be a part of it."
However, his tough talk took an unexpected, quirky turn online. Social media users commented more on his manner than his message, leading to playful speculation about whether he'd imbibed before the broadcast.
One user lightly teased, "He seems drunk," reports the Irish Star, while another suggested, "He should quit drinking. It's barely understandable when he speaks."
“Drunk Tom,” a third chimed in. A separate fan commented, “Drinking is a helluva drug!!!! Seek help,” And yet another remarked, "Drunk. Homan."
This quip has echoed through many comment sections, with viewers humorously ribbing the tough-on-immigration figure. Homan's stint on Fox News is just one in a series of appearances; he's known for fiery exchanges with California Governor Gavin Newsom, heartfelt sit-downs on The First with Dana Perino discussing the agony of "Angel Families" who have lost loved ones to undocumented immigrant crime, and for his relentless critiques of sanctuary-city practices across the country.
