Jeff Teague has brutal Caitlin Clark and A'ja Wilson vs Bronny James and G League verdict
Former NBA champion Jeff Teague has given a brutal verdict on the debate between WNBA stars Caitlin Clark and A'ja Wilson compared to their NBA counterparts
Former NBA champion Jeff Teague gave his brutal verdict on the Caitlin Clark and A’ja Wilson vs Bronny James debate. The WNBA stars have been confident in their ability when compared to their NBA counterparts but Teague insisted that belief is unfounded.
Wilson is considered by many to be the best female basketball player in the world with the three-time MVP dominating the league. While Rookie of the Year Clark enjoyed a brilliant debut campaign and has captured the imagination of old and new fans on women’s basketball and sport in general.
The Indiana Fever star has been lauded for her long-range shooting, court vision, and ability to win and change games on her own, which has seen her likened to some of the best NBA players around. But Teague doesn’t believe she has what it takes to even go up against rookies.

The former Milwaukee Bucks champion claimed that Clark wouldn’t be able to hold her own against Los Angeles Lakers rookie and LeBron James’ son, Bronny. "Caitlin would not score a point on Bronny, bro," Teague said. "She might not even get a chance. He would beat her 20-0, bro.
“He is 10 times more athletic. He can do everything better than her. Bryce James would beat her 20-0. She's a girl bro."
Wilson claimed that she could beat an NBA player in a 1v1 game. However, that feeling has not been echoed by the former All-Star who gave an uncompromising take on her claim.
“I feel like the score would be, like, 8-11, me," Wilson said about beating ‘Roommates’ podcast co-host Josh Hart on the show. "That's not happening," Josh replied with a smirk on his face, but he did accept that she would not go scoreless.
According to Teague, A'ja doesn't stand a chance against anyone in or around the NBA. "Not one. Yall know that n****s off the bench used to average 40 in high school and 20 in college... She's not beating a n---- in the G League. She's not beating a n---- in college," Teague added on the Club 520 podcast.

Teague has previously sparked controversy with his WNBA assessment. He and Charleston White made lewd remarks about Angel Reese on a live episode of the podcast where White suggested Reese should head into the adult industry. "Dunk in some panties with no bra on. That's how you sell tickets. We need an OnlyFans WNBA-then I'll tune in,” he said.
But Teague spoke out about the incident, insisting he has plenty of respect for Reese. "We have nothing but love for Angel Reese. She's a phenomenal player and an even better person. We had great times with Angel Reese. She is cool people. We don't even look at her like that. We see her as a little sister, a little homie."
