Kelly Osbourne and her beau Sid Wilson just took a step towards matrimony following the last performance of Ozzy Osbourne with Black Sabbath.

The awe-inspiring final act of Ozzy's Prince of Darkness persona happened on Saturday at Villa Park, Birmingham, where he staged an unforgettable exit alongside his mates from Black Sabbath, making rock history at the age of 76.

Post-concert celebrations turned into a family affair when Sid Wilson got down on one knee in a heartfelt surprise for Kelly right in front of rock legend Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Kelly, 40, couldn't wait to spill the beans on Instagram with a touching video capturing the proposal moment.

In her Instagram post, Kelly exclaimed, "Oh, and this happened yesterday."

A moment in the clip reveals Sharon whispering for silence: "We've got to be quiet, hold on," as she quiets the crowd lingering backstage. Sid can then be heard professing his love to Kelly, saying: "Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world."

The high emotions of the proposal were hilariously upstaged by Ozzy who couldn't resist chipping in with a boisterous "F--- off! You're not marrying my daughter."

Nonetheless, Sid wasn't thrown off by Ozzy's jest, chuckling before continuing his life-changing question to Kelly.

He went on to say: "Nothing would make me happier than spending the rest of my life with you. So, in front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?"

Kelly then spins around, a look of surprise etched on her face, before she covers her face with her hands and nods "yes".

The video then captures Sid presenting the stunning ring to Ozzy, followed by one of Kelly's pals shouting "about time", teasing Sid for his delayed proposal.

Kelly and Sid then share a heartfelt hug and a kiss as their friends and family cheer them on from the sidelines.

Kelly and her fiancé have a long history together, having known each other for over two decades before they started dating.

In 2022, when Kelly confirmed their relationship, an insider close to the star disclosed, "Kelly and Sid met when his band was touring with Ozzfest [the music festival created by Kelly's parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne] in 1999. They have remained friends since. They are very happy together."

The couple also has a son named Sidney, who they welcomed into the world in 2022. Kelly has been engaged twice before.

She was set to wed model Luke Worrell after he proposed in 2009, but their relationship ended the next year. Her second engagement was to chef Matthew Mosshart in July 2013, but they split up by January of the following year.

This romantic proposal follows Kelly showing her support for her father Ozzy as she arrived in Birmingham for his final live performance on Saturday night.

Ozzy Osbourne sent fans into a frenzy when he joined his Black Sabbath bandmates at Villa Park, Birmingham for an unforgettable farewell concert.

The legendary musician was accompanied by all the original Black Sabbath members — Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward — for the first reunion since 2005. Ozzy, taking the stage, seemed visibly moved by the enthusiastic crowd's support.

Devoted fans from around the globe gathered to witness the band's last hurrah, with Ozzy's daughter Kelly in attendance, rocking a leopard print dress and her hair in voluminous waves.

Kelly Osbourne updated her Instagram followers with a story snap of herself and a friend in the car captioned: "On our way back to the beginning". She also included a photo alongside singer YungBlud, who caught the Sabbath show before topping the bill at his own gig in Belgium that same night.
